Now you can invest in an animation project in a very simple and regulated way through ICE Capital.
We are presenting to the market, OLLIE, our musical feature film, fun, full of magic and adventure, created by Gabriel Nocera and produced by MISTIKA, and inviting you to become a co-producer by investing and betting on the film.

Meet the project
An animated film to be presented to the market in search of financing needs to go through some important steps to guarantee investors that, in addition to production viability, it will prove attractive for international sales and consequently be profitable.
Our first step was to create the graphic design to present to some friends and potential investors and see how well they would receive it.
And our OLLIE was very well received :)
Creating OLLIE
During the development period of the project, we realized that music is a fundamental element to achieve the emotion we want and for this we invited two great music production partners to join our team: Binho Feffer and Gustavo Kurlat, responsible for the soundtracks of films that touched many people.
and to make the way for people to get to know OLLIE even cooler, director Gabriel Nocera came to our studio and briefly narrated the stories.
OLLIE will be a 3D Computer Graphics project, like the great Pixar or Dreamworks films, and for this we have begun studies to bring the character's 2D "sketch" to 3D. This process is called modeling, and with it we can begin to give more life to our magician's apprentice.
But how can we tell people a little bit of the story, given that there is still a lot of work to be done until all the elements such as characters, settings, objects or everything that will be seen on the screen are ready?
One of the most important stages of an animated film is the STORYBOARD and ANIMATIC. Through hand-drawn drawings, in a simple but edited way, with rhythm, voices, music and sound effects, this is the first stage of the project that will be the guide for all departments. To understand a little about what this stage is like, we produced the animatic of what will be a future trailer.
For the production of OLLIE we will certainly use the most modern techniques available on the market. In addition to traditional animation, we will use motor capture and artificial intelligence systems, all of this combined with the UREAL ENGINE platform that allows us to speed up many processes. And the tests and proof of concept have already begun.
Motion capture tests - Motion Capture - carried out at Miagui VFX studios in Porto Alegre. This technique, combined with the Unreal Engine game platform, allows the character to be animated in real time based on the movements made by an actor.
What are we looking for now?
An audiovisual project can be financed in a variety of ways: public support through incentive laws and public notices, private investment, international co-productions, merchandising, pre-sales to other countries, and support from individuals and companies.
Our financing plan is designed as 25% incentivized resources, 25% pre-sale, 25% international co-production, 25% between support and merchandising.
To strengthen our sales plan, we decided to create a proof of concept, where we will produce a 1-minute promo that will be a fragment of the script exactly as it will be in the final version.
Once the promo is finalized, which will take approximately 4 months of work, we will attach it to all other materials produced and go to the market to raise funds for the project. This includes seeking companies for sponsorship and support, international festivals for pre-sale and co-production, and cultural promotion notices.
The importance of this promotion is fundamental to strengthen the sales process, because investors will have the opportunity to see exactly what we will deliver, thus giving them much more security to embark on the project with us.
how much has already been invested
We have been investing in the project for 3 years, creating all the elements that we presented above and also in the 1st version of the script treatment* that was done in Portuguese but already has its version in English as well. For this we brought the screenwriter JH Crema, who wrote the series 3% for Netflix who together with direct and XXXX deliver this 1st version.
More than R$80,000.00 reais have already been invested by producers, not counting the time each person has worked to get us here.
(* for confidentiality reasons, we cannot make the itinerary available)
how investing in the project works
We are currently raising funds for the production of PROMO, which is budgeted at US$ 80,000.00, and to this end we are making available investment quotas starting at US$ 20.00. Each quota is registered with the CVM through ICE Capital. These quotas are valid for 2 years, which is the time we estimate to obtain the resources for the production of the film.
By obtaining at least 80% of the total value of the film, which is budgeted at US$ 3,970,000.00, all PROMO investors will have their invested capital returned + 50% of the amount contributed. In other words, investing US$ 400.00 in 24 months, this amount could yield US$ 20.00.

This 2-year period can be reduced if we manage to raise the necessary investment for the film in less time.

how are we today
The quotas have been available since June 2024 and today we have R$239,000.00 contributed, with R$200,000.00 from market investors and R$39,000.00 in quotas distributed to service providers who, instead of a financial contribution, exchanged the value of their services for quotas.
And we are already in contact with companies outside Brazil who, seeing the materials produced so far, are already interested in becoming our co-producers.

how to redeem the investment
At the end of the fundraising period, or even before maturity due to the entry of resources and co-producers, ICE Capital will contact all investors to inform them of the project's status. At this time, PROMO investors will have 2 redemption options:
The receipt of the invested capital + 50% profit or a new round of investment in which the investor, instead of receiving the resources, uses the amount to contribute to the production of the FEATURE FILM and becomes a co-producer of the WORK, thus participating in all profits obtained from the marketing and licensing of the Feature Film.
This model will be presented in the future when we begin production of the feature film.
